Support Reno to be a Teacher
#LastChanceChildrenProgram - Reno (13), a child from Sekadau Regency, is currently a first grader of junior high school. Reno, who lives with his mother is always excited when talks about his dreams.
Even though Reno's family's financial condition is poor, Reno remains convinced that one day he will become an economics teacher.
From now on, Reno has been very passionate about social science subjects. He enthusiasts to learn and achieve his dreams even in difficult conditions.
Reno's mother is a rubber farmer with a monthly income of IDR 500,000. Since her husband died five years ago, Reno's mother has struggled as hard as she can to support the education of Reno and his sibling. Sometimes, she does work to plant rice to buy rice and daily food.
As a result of her situation, Reno's mother had to be willing to see Reno not wearing the new school uniform. The school supplies and uniforms that are used by Reno are gifts from a relative's child who has graduated from school. However, Reno is not discouraged and continues to enjoy the school process he is going through.
Although not yet a sponsored child of Wahana Visi Indonesia (WVI), Reno has been actively participating in activities with WVI. Reno often participates in various life skills training for children, is actively involved in campaigns to eliminate violence against children, health programs such as washing hands with soap, and campaigns of parenting with love.
Reno needs a sponsor to continue his dream of becoming a teacher. Will you help Reno?Find out more about how to help Reno at http://wahanavisi.org/lastchancechildren
