Children's Story: I'm Happy to be Visited by WVI

My name is Trifani. I live in West Kalimantan. I am 12 years old and currently in 6th grade. I am glad to be visited directly by the staff of Wahana Visi Indonesia (WVI) because usually I only see and meet them during activities.  

WVI came and asked how I was. They asked about my daily activities, the subjects I studied, and so on. I said that I am happy now, even though a few months ago I did not go to school because of the Coronavirus and flooding in the village. But now I am grateful that we are able to carry out activities as usual again.

I also conveyed to WVI that I am happy to participate in WVI activities that are carried out in our village. Indeed, I always follow the activities, because in my opinion, apart from being able to play and hang out with friends, at the activities I can also study with my friends. Such activities are fun.

During our activities, we used to play a lot of games which made us even happier to follow them. We also get important material about the importance of education and the dangers of excessive use of social media. Then we learned about stopping child marriage and we got to know about other new things as well as being our guide for our daily activities.

I hope that there will be many other activities with WVI. We are very happy to participate in it. I can't wait for the next activity.
